Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under ~his section shall expire one year af~er
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an exte~sion
for such approval is obtained by making written application for seme
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapte~. '

Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in
IIredll on plans.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs, or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for
approval of the Planning Director at time of appl ¡cation for building
permit.
Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape
plan.
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $ 3,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within
three (3) months of completion of construction, or appl icant may file
written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of
parking area prior to final Building Department clearance.
Appl icant to sign agreement satisfactory to the City Attorney that the
property will be used for warehouse purposes only.
All mechanical equipment located on roofs shall be screened as approved
by the Planning Director.
The appl icant is notified as part of this appl ication that he is required to
meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of Campbell.

All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compl iance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spaces to
be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
Underground util ities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall indicate
clearly the location of all connections for underground util ities,
including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, etc.
Sign appl ication to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the
sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until appl ication
is approved and permit issued by the Building Department.
Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage,
and r~bbish produced within the I imits of the City of Campbell shall
be made with Green Valley Disposal Company, This requirement appl ies
to all single family dwell ings, multiple apartment units, to all
commercial, business, industrial, manufacturing, and construct ion
establ ishments.
Trash container(s) of a size and quantity nece5sary to serve the devel-
opment shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department.
Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor
surrounded by a sol id wall or fence and have self-closing doors of
a size specified by the Fire Department, All enclosures to be constructed
at grade I eve 1 .
Appl icant shall meet State requir~ments for tht:' handicapped.

It has been observed that construction activities at the above development
have resulted in damage to the existing city curb. gutter and sidewalk
fronting the development.
It is requested that the occupancy permit for this development be withheld
until the developer has repaired the damaged public facilities to the
satisfaction of this office.
