The site is within the watershed of Los Gatos Creek but not subject to flooding from the creek. No overbank drainage into the percolation ponds can be allowed. It would be desirable, therefore, to incorporate the site's drainage into an existing storm drainage system. The existing District chain link fence along the site's easterly property line may be removed during construction, as long as a temporary fence is installed closer to the pond during construction. This requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, multiple apart- ment units, to all commercial, business, industrial, manufacturing, and construction establishments. Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire De- partment. Unless otherwise noted, enclos~re(s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department. All enclosures to be constructed at grade level. Applicant shall comply with all appropriate State and City re- quirements for the handicapped. Noise levels for the interior of residential units shall comply with minimum State (Title 25) and local standards as indicated in the Noise Element of the Campbell General Plan.
