Mr. James Griffiths

Campbell, California
95008
Dear Mr. Griffiths:
We have reviewed the site plan for a proposed warehouse at 260 Cristich Lane
adjacent to the McGlincey Percolation Ponds, City of Campbell File 581-16 sent
to us on June 8.
The site is within the watershed of Los Gatos Creek but not subject to flooding
from the creek.
No overbank drainage into the percolation ponds can be allowed. The site's'
drainage should be incorporated into an existing storm drainage system.
The existing District chain link fence along the site's easterly property line
should be shown on improvement plans. A detail (cross-section showing the lo-
cation of the building and foundation with respect to the fence and right of way
is needed. The fencing along the building could be removed as the building would
serve as a suitable substitute for the fence. The plans should show the length
of fence to be removed, and how the fence will be tied into the building.
In accordance with District Ordinance 75-6 the owner should show any exisiting
well(s) on the plans and inform us regarding their proposed use. Please contact
Mr. David Zozaya at 299-2454 regarding information about well permits.
Please send revised improvement plans for our review and issuance of a permit.
Sincerely yours,
-', 'I
