Please be advised that at its meeting of January 11, 1983 the Planning
Conmission approved the above-referenced site and architectm-al applica-
tion. This approval was subject to the submittal of revised plans and
to the attached conditions. A copy of the revised plans as approved by
the Site and Architectural Review Comnittee on Mirch 22, 1983 is enclosed
for yom- records.
Approval of a site and architectural application expires one year after
Planning Commission approval; consequently, this approval expires
January 11, 1984.
Please find enclosed a 18Notice to Applicantsll which was not completed for
this application. Prior to issuance of a building permit this form IID.1st
be compl eted.
Additionally, a review of this file indicates that Conditions 5, 6, and 7
have not yet been satisfied. A landscap:ing agreement is enclosed for
your convenience.

All parking and driveway areas to be developed in comp1iance
with Section 21.50 of the Campbel1 Municipa1 Code. All
parking spaces to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs
or bumper guards.
Underground util ities to be provided as required by Section
20.16,070 of the Campbe11 Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for p1an checK shall
indicate clearly the location of a11 connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and'
television cables, etc.

apartment units, to a11 commercia1, business, industria1,
manufacturing, and construction estab1ishments.
Trash container{s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development sha11 be 10cated In area{s) approved by the fire
Department. Un1ess otherwise noted, enc10sure{s) sha1l consist
of a concrete floor surrounded by a s011d wa1l or fence and
have self-c10sing doors of a size specified by the fire Department.

Ingress and Egress Easements
All that certain real property situate in the City of Campbell,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, described as
follows:
EASEMENT NO.1:
An easement 25.00 feet wide for ingress and egress, the north-
easterly line of which is more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Parcel B, and a
westerly corner of Parcel A as said Parcels are shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed for record in Book 323 of Maps, at
page 50, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the common
line between said Parcels A and B, South '1-0 20' 00" East 198.00
feet to the easterly corner of said Parcel B and the terminous
of this easement.
EASEMENT NO.2:
An easement 52.00 feet wide, for ingress, egress and vehicle
parking, the northwesterly line of which is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Parcel B, as said
Parcel is shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in
Book 323 of Maps, at page 50, Santa Clara County Records, said
corner also being a westerly corner of Parcel A of said Parcel
