CC Resolution 13220 - Issuance of Downtown Special Permit to Campbell Chamber of Commerce RESOLUTION NO. 13220 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A DOWNTOWN SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT TO THE CAMPBELL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WHEREAS, in August 2024, the Campbell Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) applied to the City of Campbell (City)for a Downtown Special Event Permit(Permit) that would allow the Chamber to hold its Oktoberfest in Downtown Campbell from Saturday October 19, 2024, through Sunday October 20, 2024; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that based on the information the Chamber provided, the Chamber had met all the requirements to, support the issuance of a Downtown Special Event Permit; and. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does hereby authorize the issuance of a Downtown Special Event Permit for the Chamber's 2024 Oktoberfest, subject to all applicable City policies and procedures and any additional conditions set forth by the City related to the event.
