Pleasanton, Ca 94588 SUBJECT: Municipal Code Violation LOCATION: 1450 Camden Ave. (Taco Bell) CASE NUMBER: IWQ2103-494
The Code Enforcement Division of the City of Campbell has received a complaint that the above referenced property is in violation of one or more Municipal Code regulations related to a Use Permit/Conditions of Approval for the site. The purpose of this notice is to inform you of code requirements, and request your voluntary compliance to bring the property into conformance with the Municipal Code.
The complaint alleges that your hours of operation are exceeding what was allowed by the County when you
were approved. The approved operational hours as outlined in the Use Permit/Conditions of Approval are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the dining room and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the drive thru. Any operation outside of these hours is a violation.
You may bring the subject property into compliance with the Municipal Code by performing the following
corrective actions(s) by the due date(s) listed below: 1. No later than January 24, 2014, discontinue any business operation that is being conducted outside of the approved operational hours.
