Demonstrating and guiding the client on how to breatheproperly and regulating their nervous system with various breathing techniques. The property is a boutique- Florra. The owner has a room in the space that I will use, offering my services, breathwork. She has other practitioners that will be offering their services also. I will only be using the room 1 day per week.
