The questionnaire I submitted did not state that we will be serving alcohol. Attaching it again here for reference. Please checkand let me know in case it is a PDF formatting issue.
As far as conditions of operations, I acknowledge I have read and understood.
Our hours of operation are 10am to 8pm, so will be within the the approved time frame.

Additionally, the Conditional Use Permit was approved for late-night hours too.
Please confirm if you are planning to stay within the operational hours of 6am to 11pm or operate within the timeframe
approved as part of the CUP:’
Even if you are not planning to serve alcohol, the other conditions shall be still met.
