Thereseems to be some confusion about our business license. We initially were located at 321 E Campbell Ave and then moved to 305 E Campbell Ave. We received an email from City ofCampbell 4/3/25 stating that there is business license inactivity on our account. We were not aware of any issues. 6/16/23 - Submitted change of address form7/6/23 - Received email from Cambell stating that we needed to put in a "Conditional Use Permit" for our new location. Would require planning review. 7/7/23 I called and spoke with the City of Campbell representative, explained that this is our design showroom, where we display items for retail sale. Sent email stating that. Myunderstanding was that there was nothing further to do since we were not a new business and just moving. Also, we are a design showroom not a business office.8/14/23 We received a business license renewal form in the mail, with our new address on it 8/28/23 Paid renewal fee online & received email that renewal was received8/29/23 Received email notification that the renewal was accepted 8/11/24 Received business license renewal form in the mail, with our current address on it8/14/24 Paid renewal fee online & received email that renewal was received Have not heard anything from anyone at the city, no emails since July 2023 other than receipt of payment & acceptance of license renewals. We are an interior design firm. The 305 ECampbell address is our showroom, where we display our finishes, cabinetry, etc available for retail purchase. It also acts as our primary office address, though administration /operations ofthe business are not handled at this office. I am attaching the renewal and acceptance emails from the City of Campbell regarding the business license for 2023 and 2024. I have also attached our change of address request and thesubsequent updated business license, which shows the 305 E Campbell Ave address on it from 2022-2023. Please advise what needs to occur to make sure our business license is active. We thought thiswas resolved back in July of 2023! Best, Heather McNeal
