Hello,
As our population primarily consists of individuals receiving mental health services, we havedetermined that urine tests are not typically requested in our practice and will therefore
suspended at this time. Instead, we will be sending out lab requests where applicable.
If there is a future decision to reinstate urine testing at this location, we will be sure to followall necessary procedures, including any required permits, and will reach out to ensure
compliance with applicable guidelines.
In the meantime, we kindly request that you process our license as soon as possible. Weappreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Please reach out if you require any further
information.
Best regards,

Is there any urine testing done on site or is this location used only for collection?

Hello,
After reviewing the CDC site for what may fall under single-use devices, I am unsureas it primarily provides instructions on how to manage these devices.
To ensure I capture everything, I have categorized the devices we have in the office:
Safety:
Fire extinguisherEye wash station (for emergency use if needed)
Red biohazard box (available should anyone find sharp objects or hazardousmaterials)
AED machineFirst aid kit
Gloves (disposable gloves available for use when necessary)Face masks (available for all staff and visitors)
Kitchen/Office:
Basic office snacks/kitchen items (such as disposable utensils)
Treatment:
Urine sample collection kits (CLIA certified)Vital sign measurement tools (stethoscopes, weight scale, blood pressure cuff)

Please let me know.
