The property is currently zoned C-2 (General Commercial) and the current underlying General Plan designation is General Commercial. The abutting zoning designations are C-2 to the north, P-D (Planned Development) to the south, Highway 17 to the west, and the properties to the east are not within the City of Campbell's jurisdiction. The land use approvals on file for the subject property was a Reinstatement (R 85-05) of a Minor Modification (84-26) to allow the remodel and expansion of an existing industrial building. Please find the attached Planning Commission approval, conditions of approval, and site plan for the project. To the best of our knowledge, the subject property and the improvements thereon are in compliance with the City of Campbell's building and zoning laws, rules, and regulations. The requested information from the Building Division regarding Certificates of Occupancy will require a separate application to the Building Division and the payment of a separate fee.
