In response to your request for a zoning verification letter received by this department on April
8,2005, please be advised of the following:
The zoning and use of the above-referenced property is governed by the laws and regulations of
the City of Campbell. The property is currently zoned M-1-S (Light Industrial) and the current
underlying General Plan designation is Light Industrial. The property is located in a zoning
district that is subject to a site and architectural approval requirement. A copy of the applicable
chapter of the zoning ordinance is enclosed,
The abutting zoning designations are M-1-S (Light Industrial) to the north, M-1-S to the south,
Dell Avenue to the west, and M-1-S to the east.
The land use approvals on file for the subject property were a Site and Architectural Approval (S
95-04) and Conditional Use Permit (UP 95-08) to allow the construction of a three story mini-
storage facility with manager's quarters. Please find the attached Planning Commission approval
Resolution No. 2982, conditions of approval, and site plan for the project.
To the best of our knowledge, the subject property and the improvements thereon are III
compliance with the City of Campbell's building and zoning laws, rules, and regulations.
The requested information from the Building Division regarding Certificates of Occupancy will
require a separate application to the Building Division and the payment of a separate fee. Please
