by the laws and regulations of the City of Campbell. The property is zoned R-3-S (Multiple

units per gross acre).
The aforesaid zoning permits the use of the property for multiple-family residential use. The
allowable density for the R-3-S Zoning District is per the General Plan designation of High
Density Residential (21-27 units per gross acre).
This property received Site & Architectural Review Permit approval (P-D 72-35) on August 7,
1972 for a 264-unit apartment complex.
