Dear Hr. Helm:
We propose to build the Division Street Cul-De-Sac as
per plans dated May 13, 1982 for the total price of
$23,514.00. We have had two areas whose price has
increased since our original proposal dated June 4, 1982.
The saw cutting and electrical increases are reflected
in our new estimate revised August 9, 1982.
We will be able to start as soon as we recèive final
approval from you and Dell Associates. We expect to
complete the entire project within one (1) month of
start.
You will be billed for the work done on the north
half of the project. We shall bill Dell Associates for
the other half. The City of Campbell will be responsible
for paying $11,757.00
The Cul-De-Sac payments will be as follows:
50% - upon start of project
Balance - within ten (10) days after completion.
This price is good for thirty (30) days.

certain contract with the City of Campbell, entitled for
DRIVEWAY APPROACHES AT DIVISION STREET, CAMPBELL CA
a true and correct copy of which agreement is presently on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Campbell, which said agreement
is hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, if the above bounden Principal shall well and
truly perform the work contracted to be performed under said contract,
then this obligation shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force
and effect.
No prepayment or delay in payment and no changes, extensions,
addition or alteration of any provision of said contract or in any
plans and specifications referred to herein, and no forebearance on
the part of the City shall operate to release the Surety from liability
on this Bond, and consent to make such alterations without further
notice to or co~sent by the Surety is hereby given, and the Surety
hereby waives the provisions of Section 2819 of the Civil Code of the
State of California.

Section 21.42.090 of the Campbell Munjcipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after the
date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension for such
approval is obtained by making written application for same to the
Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration
date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any approval
until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided for in this
Chapter.

All mechanical equipment located on roofs shall be screened as approved
by the Planning Director.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to

Section 21.50 of the Campbell MuniCipal Code. All parking spaces to
be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070

Plans submitted to th~ Building Department for plan check shall indicate
clearly the location of all connections for underground utilities,
including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, etc.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the
sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application
is approved and per'mit issu~d by th~ Building Department.
Ordinance No. 782 of the Cc'lmpbc.' I I Municipal Code stipulates that any
contr~ct for the collection and dispo~al of refuse. garbage. wet garbage,
and rubbish produced within the 'imits of the City of Campbell shall
be made with Green Valley Disposdl Company. This requirement appl ies
to all single family dwellin9~, multiple apdrtn~nt units, to all
Commercial, business industric1I, manufacturing, and ~onstruction
establishments.
