BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTABLISHED
BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL. (APPLICATION OF
MR. ROBERT KADJEVICH, PD 81-03).
The C;ty Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as full~s:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is
hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit "A" entitled
Plans and Elevations. Exhibit "B" entitled "Development Schedule".
Exhibit "C" entitled "Map of said Property. and Exhibit "D" entitled
"Cond it ions of Approva I. as per the app I ¡cat ion of Mr. Robert Kadj evich
for approval of plans. elevations and develoP~nt schedule to all~
contruction of ten townhomes On property known as 115 and 139 Dot
Avenue in a Planned DevelOP~nt Zoning District. Copies of said Exhibits
are on file in the Office of the Planning Department. '
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein Specified.

Dear Sirs:
We are requesting your approval to remove two existing older homes
from the above noted properties. These homes serve only as single family
dwellings and our plan is to replace them with 10 new condo minium units
that will provide much needed additional housing to the City of Campbell.
We intend to construct these units in approximately one year. The
reason that we are asking for this length of time being the current high
cost of financing.

parking spaces to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs
or bumper guards.

apartment units, to all commercial, business, Industrial,
manufacturing, and construction establishments.
