Landscaping and fencing to be provided and as added in "red" on plans. Adequate watering system to all landscaped areas to he provided. 2. Fencing and landscape plan, indicating type of plant materials to be used, and plans for watering system to be submitted for approval of Planning Director at time of application for Bui lding Permit. per lot 3. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $500/to be posted to insure fencing and landscaping and striping of outside parking area within three (3) months of completion. One Bond may be posted to cover both lots and such bond shall be kept in effect until all landscaping and fencing requirements have been completed. In lieu of the Bond, the applicant may file a written agreement to complete the landscaping prior to receiving final Building Department clearance. - continued over - Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows: Any approval granted under this section shall expire one Ilundred eighty (180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of such approval. No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided for in this chapter.
