Beginning at the point of intersection of the section line between
Section 3.ï, Township 7 South, Range 1 West and Section 2, Township 8
South, Range 1 \vest, tvlount Diablo Base and Meridian, with the Southeasterly
line of that certain 10 foot strip of land conveyed by Ira A. Beal to Robert
C. Herschbach by Deed dated June 24, 1952 and recorded February 26, 1953
in Book 258S of Official Records, page 434, Santa Clara County Records,
said point being the Easterly corner of that certain 2.50 acre parce~ of
land conveyed by kobert C. Ikrschbach, etux, to Herbert H. Todd, et ux,
by Deed dated September 1, 19.ï4 and recorded September 3, 1954 in Book
2952 of Official I¿ecords. page 547, Santa Clara County Records; thence
along the Nnrther1y line of said 2.50 acre parcel of land N. 89° 45' 30"
W. 49.39 feet to an iron pipe and thence along the arc of a cuI'\e to the
left having a radius of 6."12.40 feet, through an angle of 24° 58' 42" an
arc distance of 284.42 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said 2.50 acre
parcel of 1a'ìd and the true point of beginning of this description, said
true point of beginning a1soteilg in the centerline of a 60 foot right of
way; thence from said true point of beginning leaving said 60 foot right
of way and running along the Westerly line of said 2.50 acre parcel of

arc distance of 111.83 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said parcel of
land; thence along the westerly line of said parcel of land, South 0° 20'
West 39.60 feet; thence Northeasterly from a tangent that bears North 58°
04' 30" East, along a curve to the left, having a radius of 493 feet, a
central angle of =~o 3K', an arc distance of 22.66 feet; thence Northeasterly
along a curve to the right. tangent to last described curve, having a
radius of 61Q.40 feet, a central angle of 8° 23' 07" an arc distance of
YO.b5 feet to a point in the Easterly line of said parcel of land; thence
