BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRACT
NO. 4808 AND IMPROVEMENT THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City
Engineer that all improvements in Tract No. 4808, have been
completed in accordance with that agreement en'tered into
March 23, 1970, concerning said Tract: and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the
Tract and improvements:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Trac't No. 4808, together with all the improvements thereon, be
and the sar.1e are hereby accep-ted and that the Cit.y Engineer is

BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL
MAP OF TRACT NO. 4808, BOUNDED BY
GALE DRIVE, MARATHON DRIVE AND DARRYL
DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
SIGN THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of ,Campbell a final map of Tract No. 4808 for approval;
WHEREAS, an agreement, approved by the City Attorney,
as to form which covers conditions pertaining to the approval
of said map and acceptance of the dedicated streets, has been
present,ed; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has signed the map that it
conforms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that said map be and the same is hereby
approved and that the streets, avenues and public ways shown
thereon be and the same are hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is
hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf o~
the City of Campbell.

Public Utility Easements
Gentlemen:
It is our understanding from the utility companies that
the easements that are shown upon the map of this: subdivision
are not required by them, with the exception that the easement
that is proposed along side the street is necessary for their
facilities.
Accordingly, it is our opinion that easements which are not
necessary should not be createdìand we therefor request that
they be eliminated from the subdivision map.
Enclosed please find a copy of the map for the subdivision
which shows the public utility easementswhich ha1jt;cbeen requested by the
utility companies. Unless necessity can be shown for creating the
other public utility easements, we cannot allow you to create them
as such.
