Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an estension for such approvaJ is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a ne\V ar;proval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

installed until application is approved and permit issued by
the Building Department.

Applicant to dedicate to 60 foot right-of-way- on Gilman Avenue
and enter into agreement and post bond for construction of
future street improvements.
G.
Applicant to pay storm drainage area fee in the amount .of
$490.00.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes aT Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
