Requirements for Approval of Tentative Parcel ~of Lands of Katharine Naqel 1. The cul-de-....-'to be dedicated shall be a minimum of 32 foot radius. A smooth transition from the property line around the bulb of the cul-de-sac to the existing 50 foot wide right-of-way shall be provided. Anyex- cess property in the northwest corner of Parcel 2 shall also be dedicated. 2. Our normal storm drainage area fee for this proposed development is $170.00 per lot. 3. Bonding,fee~ and agreement for construction of street improvements to include but not limited to: full pave- ment section, curb and gutter, street lighting system, driveway approaches, street trees and other landscaping as may be required. 4.
