Requirements for Approval of Tentative
Parcel ~of Lands of Katharine Naqel
1.
The cul-de-....-'to be dedicated shall be a minimum of
32 foot radius. A smooth transition from the property
line around the bulb of the cul-de-sac to the existing
50 foot wide right-of-way shall be provided. Anyex-
cess property in the northwest corner of Parcel 2 shall
also be dedicated.
2.
Our normal storm drainage area fee for this proposed
development is $170.00 per lot.
3.
Bonding,fee~ and agreement for construction of street
improvements to include but not limited to: full pave-
ment section, curb and gutter, street lighting system,
driveway approaches, street trees and other landscaping
as may be required.
4.
Cause to be installed an approved sanitary sewerage
system and water distribution system to serve all lots.
