BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GLEN BLAIR WAY
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer
that all improvements on Glenblair Way have been completed in accor-
dance with that agreement entered into November 15, 1977, concerning
said Development; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the street
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
street improvements for the development at Glenblair Way be hereby
accepted and that the City Engineer is hereby ordered to record a
Notice of Completion of said improvements.

Dear Mr. Strickler:
A new lOa-Watt, high pressure sodium, 240-volt, underground serviced
electrolier has been installed in the cul-de-sac of Glenblair Way.
The electrical contractor is Roy M. Butcher Electric Company.
You are requested and authorized to energize the electrolier and
incorporate the monthly charges for the light into the Campbell
Municipal Lighting District billing. The bill for energizing the
electrolier should be sent to P.H.D. Construction Company) 246 Union
Avenue, Los Gatos) CA 95030,with a copy to the City of Campbell.

BEING A RESOLUTION ~UTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
WILLIAM J. BLINN, A WIDOWER AND P.H.D.
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council by William
J. Blinn, a widower and P.H.D. Construction Company an agreement for
the development of their real property in accordance with prescribed
conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute
the said agreement on behalf of said City.
