Since the owner will suffer a hardship in that the small size of the lot will not allow for development of the property - unless, as in the case of this proposal, the house dimensions are close to those of this particular house, the Planning Commission is agreeable to the house move-in. subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication to 30' half-street on Grant Street. 2. Agreement and Bond for street improvements. 3. Storm Drain Fee in amount of $170.00. 4. Granting and compliance with conditions of the * architectural approval. 5. Variance to expire within 60 days if residence has not been moved and all conditions complied with. * The Planning Commission then approved together with the Variance the architectural approval subject to the following conditions: 1.
