RESOLUTION NO. 1988
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF T. G. AND LILLIAN FLADAGER AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by T. G. and Lillian Fladager an agreement for the development
of their real property in accordance with prescribed conditions;
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and
concurrently herewith they have submitted grant deeds ox
certain portions of their property for street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci:ty Council
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the
said agreement on behalf of said City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted
in connection therewith be and the same is hereby accepted.

Dear Mr. Elkins:
The Planning Commission at its meeting of 20 December 1965 in the
Campbell City Hall has approved the subject application for
Variance. Since the owner will suffer a hardship in that the
small size of the lot will not allow for development of the
property - unless, as in the case of this proposal, the house
dimensions are close to those of this particular house, the
Planning Commission is agreeable to the house move-in. subject
to the following conditions:
1. Dedication to 30' half-street on Grant Street.
2. Agreement and Bond for street improvements.
3. Storm Drain Fee in amount of $170.00.
4. Granting and compliance with conditions of the
* architectural approval.
5. Variance to expire within 60 days if residence has
not been moved and all conditions complied with.
* The Planning Commission then approved together with the Variance
the architectural approval subject to the following conditions:
1. Residence to comply with all building code requirements.
2. The architectural appearance blend with that of the
surrounding neighborhood.

title to said premises shall thereupon at once revert to and vest in said party of
the first part, his heirs or assigns, forever and it shall then be lawful for the said

Beginning at the intersection of the Westerl y line of First Street 60 feet wide with
the Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of Minna Street as said Minna Street
is shown upon that certain Map entitled, IlMap of Campbell's Western Addition to the
Town of Campbell, 11 and which said Map was recorded May 18, 1894 in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara" State of California in Volume llH"
of Maps, page 69; thence along said Une of First Street Northerly 5 feet to the South-
easterly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by George G. Gilman, et aI,
