We reccomend approval of the lot line adjustment as shown on the
attached sketch.
The adjustment is being requested in order to avoid removing a
portion of a concrete patio that is located mostly on lot B of the
sketch.
Evidently an error was made in the original survey that showed the
patio some distance farther north of where it is actually located.
The adjusted line will go around the patio in such a way as to leave
the parcel areas essentially as originally created.
Since the street improvements were instaled and normal fees paid as a
copdition of' approval of the parcel map just filed we are not
recommending any conditions of approval of this application.
