6. Compliance with all regulatory conditions as specified by Section
9310.1 (52) - special requirements of a coin-operated car wash.
7.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a IlC"l approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Northerly line of
Hamilton Avenue, as said line was established by Deed to the City
of Campbell, recorded March 7, 1963 in Book 5932 Official Records,
page 473, Santa Clara County Records, with the Westerly line of that
certain tract of land described in that certain instrument entitled,
"Lease Modification Agreement", recorded March 22, 1963 in Book 6006
Official Records, page 349, Santa Clara County Records; thence from
said point of beginning Northerly along the Westerly line of said
last mentioned Parcel for a distance of 119.74 feet to an angle
point therein; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of
said last mentioned Parcel for a distance of 78.16 feet to an angle
point therein; thence Westerly along the Westerly prolongation of
the most Northerly line of said last mentioned Parcel for a distance
of 250 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection thereof
with the Easterly line of that certain 4.272 acre tract of land
described in the Deed to Santa Clara Valley Water Conservation
District, recorded December 28, 1962 in Book 5845 Official Records,
page 286, Santa Clara County Records; thence Southerly along the
Easterly line of said 4.272 acre tract for a distance of 173 feet,

In accordance with the provisions of Section 9328, Chapter 3,
Article IX, of the Campbell Municipal Code,
DAVID PIMENTEL COMPANY
is he~eby granted a use permit to allow a car wash operation on property
at 981 Hamilton Avenue - north side of Hamilton adjacent to Standard
Service Station - subject to the following conditions:
1.
Conformance to Section 9126 of the Campbell Municipal Code
including:
a.
Full street improvements on Hamilton Avenue frontage.
Storm Drainage Area Fee in amount of $465.00.
b.
2.
Plans of proposed building to be submitted for approval.
Use Permit to become void if plans for proposed development
3.
have not received architectural (liS") approval within six
(6) months of apprwal of Use Permit. or if construction
docs not start within one year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Campbell, California. in regular session, on the 7th day of February,
1966.
SAID USE PEIDfIT to become valid on 18 February 1966.
