Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated on plans.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for
approval of the Planning Director at time of application for
building permit.
Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $5,000.00 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of outdoor parking
areas within three (3) months of completion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping,
fencing and striping of outdoor parking area prior to final
building department clearance.
Enclosures, satisfactory to the Planning and Fire Departments
shall be provided for all trash bins and garbage cans.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is re-
quired to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances
of the City of Campbell.

Apartments shall conform to a Group H Type III - 1 hour building
as defined in the 1967 Uniform Building Code.
Water Mains, Fire Hydrants, Stand Pipes, and Fire Extinguishers
will have to be installed according to the Fire Department's
direction.

Applicant to pay Storm Drainage Area Fee for total acreage in the
amount of $765 per acre.

Applicant to dedicate to "square loop" system street on west side
of Expressway and dedication and improvement on Gleason Avenue.
Applicant to oil and screen the dedicated right-of-way for future
square loop street for fire department ingress and egress.

All parkin, and driveway areas (exclusive of item 9) to be
developed 1n compliance with Section 9319 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
Underground Utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and tele-
vision cables, etc.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of
the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the building department.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
A portion of Parcel B, as said Parcel is shown on that certain Map
entitled, " Record of Survey for Briggs & Bell", which Map was filed for
record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, on May 22, 1964, in Book 179 of Maps, at page 3 and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Parcel B,
as shown on the Map above referred to with the Westerly line of Parcel B,
as shown on that certain Map entitled, " Record of Survey, San Tomås
Expressway", which Map was recorded on March 18, 1964, in Book 175 of Maps,
at page 28, Santa Clara County Records¡ thence from said point of beginning
and along the Southwesterly and Northwesterly line of said Parcel B, as shown
on said Record of Survey Map for Briggs & Bell, first above referred to,
the six following courses and distances: N.35°32'05"W. 4.74 feet to a point¡
thence N.llo34125"W. 238.92 feet to a point¡ thence N.75°15D28"W. 244.20 feet
to a point¡ thence N.43°30'28"W. 66.00 feet to a point¡ thence N.20o52'28"W.
454.74 feet to a point¡ thence N.23°l0'2l"E. 208.54 'feet to the Northwesterly
corner of said Parcel B, as shown on said Record of Survey Map for Briggs &
Bell, first above referred to¡ thence along the Northerly line of said
Parcel B, as shown on said Record of Survey Map for Briggs & Bell,
