Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of Kuehnis
Drive, 60 feet wide, distant thereon North 0° 021
West 301.00 feet from the point of intersection of
said line of Kuehnis Drive with the Northerly line
of Lot 101 as said Lot and Drive are shown upon the
Map of Tract No. 1204 Kuehnis Estates Unit No.3,
which was filed for record on March 16, 1954 in Book
48 of Maps, at page 23, Records of Santa Clara
County, California; thence along said line of Kuehnis
Drive North 0° 021 West 101.82 feet; thence on a
curve to the left, tangent to said last named course,
with a radius of 20 feet, through a central angle of
90° 181, for an arc distance of 31.52 feet to a
point on the Southerly line of Hamilton Avenue, 90
