All that real property situate in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land
conveyed by George louis Parso to City of Campbell by Deed recorded
May 5, 1959, in Book 4406 of Official Records, Page 184, Santa Clara
County Records, said corner being in the Easterly 1 ine of lot 5 as
said Lot is shown upon the map of P.G. Keith's subdivision No.2
recorded in Book E of Maps at Page 49, Santa Clara County Records;
thence from said point of beginning along the Northerly 1 ine of said
parcel conveyed to City of Campbell North 89° 591 52" West 95.72 feet
to the Northwesterly corner thereof in the Easterly line of that certain
strip of land (2-1/2 feet wide) conveyed by George L. Parso to M.L. Rice
by Deed recorded May 19, 1942 in Book 1097 of Official Records, Page 95,
Santa Clara County Records; thence along said last-named Easterly line
North 0° 291 52" West 17.00 feet to the intersection with a parallel

DESCRIPTION OF CARPETERIA SITE - CITY OF CAMPBELL
All that certain real property situate in the City of Campbell, County
of Santa Clara, State of Cal ifornia, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/4 inch iron pipe in the Northerly line of
Hamilton Avenue at the Southeasterly corner of that certain
0.366 acre parcel of land designated as Parcel "B" and
shown upon that certain Parcel Map fi led November 18, 1971,
in Book 293 of Maps at page 2, Santa Clara County Records;
thence from said point of beginning along said Northerly
line of Hamilton Avenue being the Southerly line of said
Parcel B, North 89° 591 52" West 64.32 feet to the South-
westerly corner of said Parcel B in the Southerly prolonga-
tion of the Easterly line of Tract No. 1259, Shady Acres
Unit No.4, the map for which tract was recorded September 20,
1954, in Book 51 of Maps at pages 36 and 37, Santa Clara
County Records; thence along said Southerly prolonged line,
