Dear Mr. Ford:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2004-00049) for one new
wall sign and a new panel in an existing freestanding sign on property located at 2160 South Bascom
Avenue. The new wall sign is 39.55 square feet and consists of channel letters reading "Countrywide
Home Loans" and a logo, The new panel in the freestanding sign will be a new lexan face with the same
lettering and logo as referenced above.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2.
The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on May 5, 2004.
3.
The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary,

A venue, Your application has been deemed incomplete. Additional information and details are
needed to deem your application complete,
The subject property is currently developed with an office building, The City's Sign Ordinance
requires that signage for office developments not exceed a total of 80 square feet and no single
sign may exceed 40 square feet.
Please provide the square footage of the existing sign cabinets in the freestanding sign so that it
can be determined how many square feet are available for a new wall sign. The proposed wall
sign will also need to be reduced to a maximum of 40 square feet, and may need to be smaller
depending on how large the existing signage area is for the freestanding sign,
