Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2004-1 08) for one
new wall sign on property located at 550 Division Street. The new wall sign is 24.25 square feet
in area and consist of individual letters reading "Massingharn & Associates and a Logo".
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
The wall sign is not illuminated.
The wall sign shall located in the sign area as depicted on the approved elevations
The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on August 19, 2004.
The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
