CC Resolution 13322 - Approving the Tract Map No. 10641RESOLUTION NO. 13322 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10641 AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 57-101 GILMAN AVENUE & 60 DILLON AVENUE WHEREAS, on May 7, 2024 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 13151 approving a Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN-2023-125) for the property located at 57-101 Gilman Avenue and 60 Dillon Avenue; and WHEREAS, public street dedication and public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that Tract Map 10641 is hereby approved, and the public streets and public service easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
