CC Resolution 13321 - Approving the Parcel Map Public Street and Public Service Easements offered for dedication for 251 Curtner AvenueRESOLUTION NO. 13321 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 251 CURTNER AVENUE WHEREAS, on November 27, 2024, the Community Development Director conditionally approved a Tentative Parcel Map (PLN-2024-66) to allow a two -lot, single-family, residential subdivision of property located at 251 Curtner Avenue; and WHEREAS, a ,30-foot public street dedication and 5-foot public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Parcel Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the Parcel Map is hereby approved and the Public Street and Public Service Easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
