Hamilton Ave. Dear Mr. Bach: The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2004-00067) for two new wall signs and the reface of an existing freestanding sign on property located at 851 W. Hamilton Avenue. The new wall signs are 31 square feet each and consist of channel letters reading "Fidelity Investments" and a logo. The existing freestanding sign will be ref aced with the same lettering and logo as referenced above. 4. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. The wall signs shall not exceed a depth of 3 12 inches as shown on the approved plans. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning Division on July 9, 2004. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 2. 3.
