Dear Mr. Bach:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2004-00067) for
two new wall signs and the reface of an existing freestanding sign on property located at 851 W.
Hamilton Avenue. The new wall signs are 31 square feet each and consist of channel letters
reading "Fidelity Investments" and a logo. The existing freestanding sign will be ref aced with
the same lettering and logo as referenced above.

This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
The wall signs shall not exceed a depth of 3 12 inches as shown on the approved plans.
The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on July 9, 2004.
The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.

The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application (PLN2004-00067) for two new wall
signs and one new freestanding sign located at the above referenced address. Your application
has been deemed incomplete.
The proposed signs exceed the maximum sign area limitation of 80 square feet for an office
development and the proposed wall signs exceed the maximum si~ area limitation of 40 square
feet for a single sign. Please refer to the enclosed Sign Ordinance and review the standards for
on-site signs for office buildings and submit revised drawings to the Planning Division for
reVIew.
