HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 13340 - Approval of Tract Map No. 10674 including Acceptance of Public Service Easements Shown on Said Map - 90 East Latimer AveRESOLUTION NO. 13340 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10674 AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 90 EAST LATIMER AVENUE WHEREAS, on November 26, 2024, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 4726 approving a Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN-2024-92) for the property located at 90 East Latimer Avenue; and WHEREAS, public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that Tract Map 10674 is hereby approved, and the public service easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
