Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2004-171) for a new wall
sign on property located at 110 N. San Tomas Aquino Rd.
The new wall sign is 19.32 square feet and consist of internally illuminated, green channel letters with
bronze returns reading "Modern Haircuts" located on the building canopy. Modern Haircuts has
approximately 15 linear feet of business frontage.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.

The wall sign shall have 5 inches returns as shown on the approved plans.

The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on November 29, 2004.
The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.
