HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 26-13366 - Approval of Parcel Map including Acceptance of an Emergency Personel Access Easement Shown on Said Map - 105 Kennedy AvenueRESOLUTION NO. 26-13366 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP AND ACCEPTING THE EMERGENCY PERSONEL ACCESS EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 105 KENNEDY AVENUE WHEREAS, on August 27, .2025, the Community Development Director conditionally approved a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map (PLN-2025-70) to allow a two -lot subdivision of an existing parcel to create separate parcels for an existing single-family dwelling and an existing duplex at 105 Kennedy Avenue; and WHEREAS, an emergency personnel access easement is necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and has been offered for dedication on the Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Parcel Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the Parcel Map is hereby approved and the Emergency Personnel Access Easement offered for dedication as shown on said map is hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which it is offered.
