NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 3.2024.
pursuant to the provisions of Section 17.54 of the
Campbell Municipal Code, the Campbell City Council
adopted Resolution 13234'declaring that all weeds
growing'iipon any;private property orin ahy public
street of alley: as'defirie3 in Section'17.54.O10 of the '
Campbell Municipal Code, constitute a public nuisance,
which nuisance must beabated bythe destrucfion,or =.
removal thereof...,,
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that property owners : - -
shallwithoutdelayremoveailsuchweedsfromtheir
property, and the abutting half of the streetin front
and alleys, if any. behind such property, and between .
the lot lines itiereof as extended, or such weeds will be
destroyed or removed and such nuisance abated by the
County.Agricultural Commissioner's Office, in which
case the cost of such destruction or removal will be_, .
assessed Upon the lots and lands from which, or from
the front or rear of.which; such lands until paid; and will
be collecterhupon the next tax roll upon which general
municipal taxes are collected: All property owners
having any objections to the proposed destruction or
removal of such.weedsare hereby notified to attend a
meeting of said City to he held in the Council Chambers
of the CityHall; located at 70 North First Street,-
Campbell, California, on Tuesday: February 4, 2025; at
7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the, matter can be,
