Your application has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. Winchester Blvd. Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application for a new freestanding sign at the above referenced address. Your application has been deemed incomplete. The following issues need to be addressed prior to the approval of the Sign Permit: 1. Prohibited Signs: The A-frame sign that currently is in front of the business needs to be removed immediately as portable signs such as A-frame signs are prohibited in the City of Campbell. 2. Time and Temperature Display: Staff recommends that the time and temperature display portion of the sign be removed from the plans as this is a readerboard sign that would require Planning Commission approval. . 3. Architectural Compatibility: Signs shall be constructed to be architecturally compatible with the buildings for which they are associated. Staff recommends that the proposed 18-inch by 48-inch sign base be brick to match the brick that is on the building.
