1. Easements: Per Tract Map No. 3271, this property Lot No. 2 has a 10 foot Public Service
Easement (PSE) and a 5 foot Wire Clearance Easement (WCE) along the rear property line
(see attached copy of the Tract Map). Revise the site plan to show both easements.
