If any section, sentence, clause, phrase, word, or other provision of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses, phrases, words or other provisions of this Ordinance, or the validity of this Ordinance, shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any section, sentence, clause, phrase, word or other provision. Section 58.The proposed Ordinance is exempt under Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as there is no possibility that the proposed changes to the City's Municipal Code may have a significant effect on the environment. Section 59. The City Council further finds and determines that the proposed Ordinance is consistent with the goals, policies, and actions of the 2040 General Plan. Section 60. This is a summary version of Ordinance 2306. A certified copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance is posted and available for public review at the City Clerk's Office, City of Campbell, 70 N.
