Public Hearing to consider the application by Darko
Dekovic to allow the construction of a 5,937 square
foot two-story home with 2 car garage, l car garage.
and front and rear porches. and a Tree Removal Permit
to allow the removal of 1 protected tree on property
located at 1611 Van Dusen: Lane. The application
under consideration includes a Site and Architectural
Review Permit and a Tree Removal Permit. File No.:
PLN-2024-40. Staff is recommending that this item be
deemed Categorically Exempt from CEQA. Planning
Commission action is final unless appealed in writing to
the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. Project Planner:
