Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2004- 77) for one new
freestanding sign in the planter area along the Winchester frontage of your business. The new
freestanding sign is 8 square feet and reads "COACH'S Sports Bar & Grill".
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1.
The applicant shall obtain any necessary building or electrical permits from the Building Division
prior to sign installation.
2.
The proposed sign base and frame shall incorporate wood siding materials similar to the material
used to wrap the post at the building entry. The color of the base shall match the used on the entry
post.
3.
The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on June 28, 2004.
4.
The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.

Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has received your sign application (PLN2004- 77) for new freestanding
sign of eight square feet for property located at 2240 S. Winchester Blvd. This application has
been deemed incomplete.
Please submit a scaled elevation of the proposed sign. The height, materials, illumination and
design features of the sign need to be illustrated. It is recommended that you work with a sign
design professional to develop a high quality sign.
The plot plan and building elevations need to also depict the sign location.
Typically, signs are designed to incorporate architectural features of the building with which they
are associated. The use of similar materials and colors would be encouraged.
