Dear Mr. Gale:
The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2005-00008) for
two new wall signs on property located at 2345 Winchester Boulevard. The new wall signs are red and
yellow, internally illuminated individual channel letters reading "420 Lifestyles". Sign No.1 faces the
Winchester/Budd intersection and is 12 square feet and Sign No.2 faces the shopping center parking lot and
is 12 square feet.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated February 5,
2005.
3. The wall sign shall not exceed a depth of five (5) inches as shown on the approved plans.
4. The stucco wall behind the signs shall be repaired and repainted to match the existing stucco wall.
5. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.

Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed your Sign Permit application for two new wall signs
for the business 420 Lifesyles located at 2345 Winchester Boulevard.
Your application has been deemed incomplete. The following information/items need to
be submitted for a complete application:
1. Plot Plan: Please include the assessors parcel number, property lines, and the
driveway locations on the project site on the Plot Plan.
2. Corner Fascia Sign: Exposed aluminum extrusion raceways are not allowed. Please
revise the drawings to indicate that the proposed wall sign will be flush mount to the
building wall.
