11/1/16 Status Update for Lot Line Adjustment(1185&1197 Lovell Avenue) I spoke with Charlie Wang (applicant) this afternoon and he indicated that his partners are having issues and he is not sure if the lot line adjustment will move forward. I indicated that I would keep the original documents in the file for at least one year should they decide to move forward. Originals attached to this update sheet. The only outstanding issues are the front paving modification required by Planning, and verification that the lender on the property has not changed. Any claim, which arises out of the transaction vesting in the insured the estate or interest insured by this policy or the transaction creating the interest of the insured lender, by reason of the operation of federal bankruptcy, state insolvency or similar creditors'rights laws.
