NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
The City of Campbell its oliciting proposals from
licensed and bonded contractors forth e provision of
professional janitorial services to city owned buildings
and facilities, CampbellCity Hall, including the Lower
Police Annex Building, located at.70 North First Street,
Police Operations Building, located at 100 North First
Street, Historical Fire House Museum located at 51
N Central Ave., Ainsley House and CarriageHouse,
located at 300 Grant Street, 2nd Street Garage located
at Civi c Center Dr., between N 3rd St. and N 2nd St., and
the Public Works Service Center.located at 290 Dillon
Ave. The contractor's staff who will be accessing the
Police Department(PD)areas will needtocomplete
a PD Background check. The project/contract
consists of general janitorial services, as outlined in
the specifications and will include services on a daily,
weekly or seasonal basis. Most areas will be serviced
Monday through Friday with the Police Department '
areas being serviced seven (7) days per week. The total
project area isapproximately 80,544 square feet.
As a Request for Proposal (RFP) this is not an invitation
to bid and, although price is very important; other
fao.tors will betaken into consideration. The project
scope, content of proposal, and vendor selection
process are summarized in the RFP. .

Wednesday, May 13,2926. The City of Campbell

MEETING and BIDDER'S WALK-THROUGH, conducted
by the City's Public Works Superintendent:", T tie
Mandatory Walk -Through will be held at 10.00 a.m.
on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in the ServiiceCenter
Administration Building located at 290 Dillon Avenue,
Campbell, CA95008. An orientation meeting will be
conducted explaining the process to submit a proposal,
the City'sperformance standards and expectations,
project requirements"specialconditions, andanswer
any questions proposers may have. A limited tour of the
facilities will follow. Any questions should be directed to

• Award of.Conliract The City shall award
the contract to the best qualified company, with
consideration of cost, for a period oftwelve (12)
months or ending June 30, 202Z with the City's sole
option to renew th a contract(s) for an additional.(5) five
(1) one-year contracts.
The City will award one contract for the Campbell City
Hall, Lower Police Annex, Police Operations Building,
Historical Fire House Museum, Ainsley House, Carriage
House, 2nd Street Garage and the PW Service Center -
to the same contractor. The City reserves the right to
reject any and all proposals, to modify the scope of the
project to meet budget constraints, and to waive any
informality or no substantive irregularity as the interest
of the City may require.
