RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed proposals for Financial
Audit Services for the fiscal years ending June, 30 2026 through June 30, 2030, and;
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the qualifications and experience of the firms
submitting proposals and has determined that the audit firm of LSL LLP best meets the
requirements of the City's RFP dated November 5, 2020, and,
WHEREAS, LSL LLP submitted its last, best, and final offer in the following amounts: not
to exceed $71,200 for FY 2025-26, $79,290 for FY 2026-27, $78,510 for FY 2027-28,
$82,440 for FY 2028-29 and $86,560 for FY 2029-30, for a total five-year contract not to
exceed $398,000.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract award for financial audit
services with LLP LLP be approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is directed to negotiate and execute
a three-year contract with said firm with an option to extend an additional two years for a
total of five years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 21 st day of April, 2026, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, California, as follows:
