Note has been added to A2.2. 2. We've deleted the fire rating requirement for the pull-down ladder and instead added a new door in the attic,above door 1,with characteristics as required for garage to house doors.See A2.2 and Dl. 3. Rather than show this on A2.2, I've added the basement plan to A2.3 (there is no 2nd floor—it's a basement). 4. Smoke detector added. 5. CO2 detector added. 6. Kitchen receptacles have been re-labeled and key note 18 has been added with this requirement. 7. Contractor will provide appropriate compliance documentation prior to pick up of permit. 8. Owner has contacted West Valley Sanitation District which has cleared the project. See attached letter. 9. No further work is needed. Public Works Department Comments: 1. No upgrade of existing water service size is anticipated. 2. No upgrade of existing utility services is anticipated. O'Brien Code Consulting Comments: General Comments: A. No response needed. B.
