am a citizen of the United States and a resident
of the County aforesaid; I am over the age of eight-
een years, and not a party to or interested in the
above -entitled matter. I am principal Clerk of the
printer of the Campbell Express, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed and published each

County of Santa Clara and which newspaper has

"In order to maintain and protect city services and facilities, such as city streets and pot-
hole repair, fire protection and 911 emergency medical services, police patrols,
neighborhood watch and crime prevention programs, the Community Center, recreation
programs, and parks, shall the City of Campbell be authorized to enact a one -quarter
cent sales tax, with all proceeds placed in the City's general fund with independent an-
nual financial audits?"
