CC Resolution 26-13381 - Approval of Tract Map No. 10689 including Acceptance of Street Dedication and Public Service Easements Shown on Said Map - 1236 West Hacienda Avenue
RESOLUTION NO. 26-13381 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10689 AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1236 WEST HACIENDA AVENUE WHEREAS, on September 23, 2025 the Community Development Director conditionally approved a Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN-2025-57) creating a one -lot condominium subdivision, to allow the construction of eight (8) townhome style condominium units on the property located at 1236 West Hacienda Avenue; and WHEREAS, public street dedication and public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that Tract Map 10689 is hereby approved, and the public streets and public service easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
