NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the
Cityof Campbell has set the�hour of 7:00 p:m , or shortly
thereafter, on Tuesday. July-7, 2,026.in the City Hall Council
Chambers; at 70 N. First Street: Campbell, California, as the
time and place to consider adoption of an interim ordinance
superseding a prior interim ordinance implementing Senate
Bill (SB) 450 (2024)', as modifk by AssemblyBill (AB)
1061(2025), to revise historic resource eligibility provisions
applicable to two -unit developments and urban lot splits,
simplify subdivision regulations and eliminate desigrr
standards for certain Single -Family Residential Zoning
Districts (Ordinance; 4/5 roll call vote).
Interested persons may appear and be heard at this hearing.
Please be advised that if you challenge'the nature of the
above in court,'you may limited to raising only those
issuesyou or someone else raised atthe Public Hearing
described in this Notice, or in written correspondence
delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to, the Public
