Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under thi~ section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

The upper floor areas of the existing and future building
to be limited to storage use only.
Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as
added in "red" on pla1".s.
Landscape plan for the entire site are~_(~xisting and proposed)

Landscaping shall be Qaintained in accordance with the
approved landscape plan.

Faithful performance bond in the amount of $2,000 to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing æd striping of parking
area within three (3) months of coQpletion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building
de~a~~ment clearance.
Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve
the development shall be located in area(s) approved by the
fire departQent. Unless otherwise roted, enclosure(s) shall
consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or funce
and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the fire
department.

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the follow~ng conditions in accordance with Ordinance
of the City of Campbell.
A.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in coQpliance
with Section 21.50.010 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All
parking spaces to be provided with appropriate curbs or buQper
guards. .
B.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
20,16.070 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
c.
Plans submitted to the building departQerlt for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all ~nnections for underg~ound
utilities including water, æwer, electric, telephone and tele-
vision cables, etc.
D.
Sign application to be subQitted fu accordance with p~ovisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be i~stalled
until application is approved md permit issu~d by the building
departQent.
